Do you manufacture in both cotton and polyester?
Yes. Quilt and duvet covers are available in 100% cotton, poly-cotton blends, and polyester, depending on your target market and price point.
What closure options are available?
Zipper closure, button placket, and corner ties are all available, selected per buyer’s specification and target market.
Can you print to our own design and colour?
Yes. Designs are printed to a submitted artwork or repeat pattern, and solid colors are dyed to a Pantone or shade card reference, with a strike-off sent for your approval before bulk production.
How many pieces fit in a 20FT or 40FT container?
A 20FT FCL typically carries approximately 16,000–20,000 quilt/duvet covers, and a 40FT FCL typically carries approximately 34,000–40,000 pieces, depending on size and packing style.
What are the standard payment terms?
Common terms include an advance payment against order confirmation with the balance against shipping documents, or a Letter of Credit for larger container orders — agreed case by case.
