HD-BS26
Pakistan’s bed sheet weaving belt, on one order form
Pakistan is one of the world’s largest flat bed sheet exporters, with weaving, printing and processing units concentrated around Lahore and Faisalabad. That means shorter supply chains, competitive unit pricing, and print capacity built specifically for export volumes.
Domestic fabric supply
Local weaving and processing keeps input costs stable and shields quotations from long international fabric shipping delays.
In-house printing
Digital and rotary printing under one supply chain means tighter color consistency lot-to-lot, and faster repeat orders.
Container-ready export desks
Units we work with are set up for FCL export documentation, retail-ready packing, and freight forwarding, not just domestic supply.
Flat bed sheets — full spec sheet

Quoted by the container, not the piece
Ordering by 20FT or 40FT FCL keeps freight cost per piece at its lowest for both sides — it’s how we quote by default. Smaller trial quantities can still be arranged for new buyers who want to test quality first.
Actual capacity varies with size, fabric weight, and packing style, but these are reliable planning figures for freight and costing.

Buyer FAQs
What is the minimum order quantity for bed sheets?
Standard orders are quoted on a container basis — a 20FT or 40FT FCL — since that keeps freight cost per piece lowest for both sides. Smaller trial quantities can be arranged for new buyers who want to test quality first.
Do you manufacture in both cotton and polyester?
Yes. Flat bed sheets are available in 100% cotton, poly-cotton blends, and polyester, depending on your target market and price point.
Can you print to our own design and colour?
Yes. Designs are printed to a submitted artwork or repeat pattern, and solid colors are dyed to a Pantone or shade card reference, with a strike-off sent for your approval before bulk production.
What sizes are available?
Standard international sizes including Twin, Full/Double, Queen, King and Super King, as well as custom sizes on request.
How many pieces fit in a 20FT or 40FT container?
A 20FT FCL typically carries approximately 24,000–28,000 flat bed sheets, and a 40FT FCL typically carries approximately 50,000–58,000 pieces, depending on size, thread count and packing style.
What are the standard payment terms?
Common terms include an advance payment against order confirmation with the balance against shipping documents, or a Letter of Credit for larger container orders — agreed case by case.
